I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but if we have a tech issue (glitch) with a toon, that makes it unplayable (can’t log in), is this considered an in-game issue that Blizzard cannot respond to?
This is a customer support issue but the forums won’t be much help. Click your username above and click Support. Then click Contact Support at the top. That should get you help quicker.
