The final tier talent “tear of morning” includes the text:
“your Enveloping Mist also heals allies with Renewing Mist for 20% of its healing”
This part of the talent is bugged and is not applying. No matter what I try either at full hp or not enveloping mist is always healing me or any other players for the exact same amount and there is no separate combat log entry for the 20% healing either. Seems to just be entirely disabled.
just had a realization myself that i haven’t seen a Tear of Morning entry in logs possibly for the whole duration of the expansion and decided to test it.
as you say, this portion of the talent is not doing anything:
Enveloping Mist also heals allies with Renewing Mist for 20% of its healing.
EDIT: the duplication is working but it is very confusing and hard to log to calculate effectiveness. it is a single instant heal on EM application, logged as EM itself on targets with RM. the healing is based on projected total healing of EM on cast.
