About us
We are a Semi-Hardcore group founded by several irl friends. Raid leaders have cutting edge retail experience. The purpose of this guild is to allow high performing players to see all hardcore 25 man content while only committing to 2 raid nights a week. Outside of raid commitments are next to 0. We expect players to be mature, selfless (put the guild/progression first), and open to coaching.
Loot
We utilize EPGP as our loot system. We have found this to be a clean way to cycle loot while eliminating any potential for bias. The maturity of our raid group often leads to group discussions where people sometimes pass up upgrades in order to pass to someone below them who might have that item as their BiS. EPGP tends to be more so a tiebreaker when there’s not a clear person it should go to.
Needs
First and foremost, we need reliability. The core group we have has grown together very quickly, and our ideal scenario is to fill in those last few holes to have a cohesive core of 25. We intend on playing straight through until heroic ICC 25 is cleared, so if you’re not looking to commit for that length of time we might not be the best fit for you.
