This guy has a pretty funny video out and just want to point out he has 316 corruption and Rank 18 TD. So yea Rank 18 TD does YEET and 1 shot you but I would suggest a different tactic then the one in the video.
Anyone hitting these numbers are using Rank 3 TD in every slot and have the Doom debuff. Still pretty funny the healer literally dives into the TD that is slowly moving towards him at the end.
I dont understand how anyone can take pvp in this game seriously.
Blizzard doesn’t. They just put in the corruption beta test and called it a day.
They are working on their Diablo MMO and this is the Beta. I just hope it’s good whenever they make it. Since Diablo 2 had the best PvP of all time for an RPG.
Grew up on D1/2 but lemme tell you, D2 PvP was just right click, left click runewords/hacks. Wasn’t very skillful at all.

A lot of 1 shots for sure FOHers, Hammerdins, Bliz sorc. However there were plenty of items that could counter that and I would PvP all day everyday it was so much fun to make a variety of builds then go grab another. Still the best PvP ever for an RPG.

I loved D2 too, actually replaying it with gf rn cause she never played but I won’t lie and say it takes copious amounts of skill; that’s nostalgia.

Yea see great PvP isn’t purely defined by skill. It needs to be defined by fun and would I do it all day everyday. Does the PvP offer endless build options? Does it allow you to play how you want? Is everything not just viable but really strong? Yes it should have some skill of course but you can make PvP require a super high skill ceiling and it still is terrible. You need the other things to or it’s just not worth doing.

That’s what I am saying. People post these videos acting like every TD proc is like this. When in reality if someone has 300 corruption you need to just CC them and let their doom debuff kill them. Rank 18 TD 1 shots but Rank 4 which is normal hits for like 120k which isn’t a big deal.
The problem is you think it should be buffed and cant see the consequences of randomness winning a match. People don’t want that.
Destro is still broken and needs to take more damage and have their Chaos bolt nerfed massively.
It’s when you throw something. The way he uses it doesn’t make sense.
