TBC Warlock professions

What a coincidence that exaclty what I’m doing! But the druid is already 300 herb/alch. I’m thinking whatever I boost will be mining/JC

Not really. As of this moment we only have the 8yd green drums which are a pain to use and nobody will care about outside of the sweatiest of guilds. Once sunwell rolls around if they make no changes everyone will be going LW and the price of mats will be insane. Kinda like how nobody cared about world buffs until naxx, unless your were in a pretty sweaty guild.

5% haste is way less impactful than 140 AP, 10% to all stats, 10% increased damage, 10% spell crit, 5% crit. That’s just head heart and DMF. DMT adds 3% spell crit, 200 AP, and 15% stam.

When drums are worth just as much if not more than all you gear, depending on how geared you are ofc, then you can make that claim.

I still stand by the idea that only the super super sweaty guilds will require LW before sunwell. 5% haste is nice, but not game changing.

Got ganked, brb popping my Lower City prayerbook

warlocks are open world pvp gods so what is your play style really? Are you more of a PvE raider? Go Ench/Tailoring if you are.
Are you more of a PvPer and dont have min max tendencies? Go Herb Alch.

Be mindful that tailoring and enchanting tend to be very drainful professions and they dont make too much money until A LOT of time and materials have been invested into it and AFTER you have completed your professional uses of crafted items or materials.
