Okay I want to say a couple things before I go into this I saw this idea posted on a YouTube video and the more I thought about it I was just curious to get people’s opinion on this.
we know anniversaries in a really bad place let’s not lie most people are boosting and just grinding forever to get ring 14 and most of those people are playing it for let’s be honest TBC waiting room anyway and statistically.
AQ Is where classic dies I haven’t seen a single iteration of classic so far where in AQ the server doesn’t even take a plummet or significantly loses players or just falls off pick your poison so With that in mind why not bring out ?
TBC Pre-patch in AQ Phase it would be different it would be chaotic yes but I think it would Breathe some life back into the game you could say it’s like well yeah but then it would be even easier to get ranked 14 gear and like what who cares at that point you know like what okay.
most people aren’t raiding anyway And I would argue I think most of the people playing anniversary are just waiting for burning Crusade so why not let them level their blood elf paladins or drain a shamans during AQ phase why not ?
I have no horse in this race I’m not playing on anniversary it was just something I saw post and was curious about anyway thoughts ?
P.S. Yes I completely acknowledge blizzard would probably never do this I’m just curious what people would think
Who? I’m only seeing a small fraction of the population engage with the content in a meaningful way. The amount of boosting taking place right now is completely insane. People just skipping to the end.
Being with the TBC waiting room crowd, it seems fun to me. The extended talent trees are great and I can get my Shaman in order over the next few months but…
I don’t think it fits with what they are trying to do and would not want to take away from the folks trying to do the traditional Vanilla run
I don’t really care either way but I’ve found that pugs are still popular and my guild hasn’t missed a raid since launch so I’m really not that concerned about AQ
