[TBC] Needed change: Make neck pieces from Griftah show up on the character model

This is extremely important.

As we all know, Talisman of the Binding Shard is one of the only, if not the only neck piece to ever have a visual appearance on the player’s character model.

I believe it is important to the community and the health of the game for all of the common quality, questionably effective neck pieces sold by Griftah in TBC to be the only neck pieces in TBC to have a visual appearance on the player’s character model.

[Soap on a Rope]? I need this to be visible.
