You have to remember… way back in TBC most of the player base never made it to Nax. Thisnis why Nax was reintroduced in WoTLK. The game is not as it was back then. Player mindset and knowledge of the game has completely changed.
Also, the horde does not make up for 50% of the player base.
Someone who burns out in a month was never a sweaty player no matter how much they pretend they are.

I stop reading when you said “half the player base” and you threw in Horde. If horde were only half the player base you wouldnt see long queue times

I am a PvE player, and I didn’t rush leveling or spam any dungeons. I’ve done most of the quests, cleared all the raid content, and I’m gradually getting my rep up by hopping into a dungeon run here and there (no spamming). And I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed WoW more than I have these past few weeks. It’s pretty awesome.
If people are burnt out, it’s because they’ve been doing it wrong, IMO.

TBC doesnt need fixing, it was already fixed and ended up as Shadowlands, go back.
nobody is starting over and losing all their progress lol.
TBC is exactly what I expected it to be; TBC, but with metagaming and try hard sweaties eating up all the content with their stimulus money.

IMO, there’s a reason T5 was in the game at launch, and it’s because T4 content by itself is a little underwhelming.
That said, I’m having fun.
