I know that people are very much on board the #nochanges when it comes to TBC, but I would like to ask only that the itemization on the feral druid pvp sets be corrected.
The way TBC originally had the Dragonhide Battlegear set and the Gladiator’s Sanctuary sets was to have strength, stamina, agility, and intelligence with healing and plus damage added. I’d like to just see them adjusted to reflect the fact that no feral cares about having extra healing/spell damage. Add some extra armor or critical strike in its place to bring it more in line with what people cared about for gear for feral.
This change wouldn’t affect any major thing with the class. It would just make it as easy for druids to acquire good beginning sets as it is for rogues or warriors without the poor itemization.
I thought the reason that players got the Arena gear for feral tanks was because of the resilience, not because it had other outstanding set bonuses or anything, but the crit suppression alone was excellent. Also PVP sets have decent amounts of armor and lots of health.
The extra int and plus healing isn’t a bad thing. Unless you think you’ll just stay in cat/bear and never do anything else then expect to never even reach 1500 in arena… I actually like the fact that it has these stats because it allows me to heal some, and shapeshift more often. Just get the rogue off pieces (bracer/belt/boots) that have the stats u want, that’s what I’ll do.
But Yea druid does need some spell damage, healing, and int even in feral.
