Completed the requirements for the “Champion of the Naaru” title, but initially was not rewarded it. Once I unmounted, however, I was awarded the title. Now, every time I mount or un-mount, the green “level up” aura is re-applied and I am re-issued the title. Starting to get annoying.

It happens when you kill a mob that rewards reputation too.
Same issue for me! Every time I mount up, interact with a flight path, cast a spell… It flashes my guild and “earned Champion of the Naaru”

Happening to me as well. I was so excited to be keyed and now this =(
It procs everytime I kill a minion that gives rep, everytime I change stance and everytime I mount, so it procs ever 1-2 sec in dungeons…
Yep this is happening with me and my guild as well. Every time I shapeshift my chat gets spammed with “You have earned the title ‘Relax, Champion of the Naaru’.”
