With as fast as Naxx is coming out Beta might be January.

There are at least 20 threads about this. That actually are having discussions about it. This one is literally just wasting space trying to bait a blue post that will never happen.
They aren’t going to randomly announce TBC before blizzcon on the forums if they are planning to announce it at blizzcon.

Maybe but i think they want to give it a bit of time to breathe first. Plus it reduces the Blizzcon appeal if you know your getting it and they cant market the other junk to us.
I highly doubt they’ll make the same mistake the did in vanilla and announce a TBC run and kill naxx participation again. It was one of their biggest mishandled goofs.
Really it depends on how they want to advance the game. Progressing servers people wont really STOP doing naxx. The only way people stop doign naxx whole sale is if Blizzard forces Rerolls on everyone.
With the issues they have i still think they are going to do Transfer for people wanting to move on Some kind of Classic and 1-2 Fresh just to deal with there population issues.
Honestly I hope they just drop TBC as nothing but clean servers, because scuffed economies make the game less fun. No one wants to pay 10 hours + worth of gold farming for AH stuff going into an xpac. If they allow players to do the copies you’ll see nothing but gold dupes, unless its pay 25 dollars to copy. Then you’ll still see people with gold cap exploiting it.
They either have to copy everyone 1:1 on the back end on launch or go fresh imo.
And by fresh I mean they can do the fresh however they want. If they want to start all characters at 58 with x gear that’s perfectly acceptable as well.

But if they rush it this will draw more appeal to a Classic WotLK so people can experience Naxx if they miss it now.

It really won’t. Naxx 25 was nothing like naxx40.
People already want Wrath. In a year and a half im sure well be getting to the point where people are asking to move into that. Only to remember how awful the opening raids were.
Probly between May or June 2021. Reasons being that is closeish to the Naxx ---->>>> TBC timeline.
earliest. they def won’t announce it before. I would bet my whole checking account on this. They want Naxx to at least to have a good few months which is why they are rushing naxx out
As soon as they announce tbc it will flip a switch in many players minds that raiding atm isnt worth as much because tbc raiding will replace alot of the gear they are getting.
This is exactly the mistake they made 15 years ago that made guilds break up trying to motivate people to clear naxx.
It would be best if they waited to announce tbc until their data showed enough players having cleared naxx and are then naturally playing less due to boredom.

100% agree with this. I mean if they announce beta at blizzcon I still feel like that people will still do Naxx. Many people’s main reason to come back was for Naxx
Yes, but I get the feeling most people won’t do it more than once if thats the case. Now if they announce blizzcon and all TBC’s servers will be separate with no overlap with classic it probably wouldn’t.
depends what type of guild your in I guess. Most of my guild logs in just to raid, doesn’t take too long so I don’t see any reason people would stop, most of us are waitin for naxx and wanna gear out in naxx gear. People like raiding so I don’t think it would be a one and done. Of course I can’t speak for all but we got lots of people.
I’m sure for some it won’t but the moment some of them start struggling with a boss like say lotheb or 4horsement a lot of the raid loggers won’t want to probably spend a night wiping on a boss. They show up just for the easy purples.
You kind of saw that kind of behavior with Viscidious and people not wanting to do it every week in the majority of guilds.
