Bugged or “no changes - working as intended”? Inside the hut at Iceblood Tower right on the flag, and horde players outside the hut were able to attack us. We were not able to attack them from inside.

That would be correct.
You can attack them back… it’s been this way forever. Just target and auto attack. It’s auto attacks ONLY, melee. Obviously taurens have an advantage with a huge hitbox.
Just hit ‘T’ and it’ll target them as they come up.
