They have been in the game since vanilla. That’s how good they are.
They even have stealth mode in the character select screen. Maybe that’s why you can select them.

If you can’t make a tauren rogue, it’s because you’re not good enough of a rogue. They are the greatest rogues on all of Azeroth.

You haven’t made a tauren rogue yet? I’d post on mine, but I can’t find it.
They’re so good they stole half the abilities classes had back in WoD and hid them for two expansions.

Only if we get Dreanei Rogues.
Unlike Tauren we have actually seen sneaky Dreanei that use the stealth animation and effect to sneak around in game.
I stopped playing my Tauren rogue because every time I’m about to pick a pocket, he would let out a moooooo. I ended up deleting him.
Whenever I see a person with hooves, I always think “stealthy.”
Draenei and Tauren both need Rogues. They both have plenty of notable pirates and the Draenei even have a whole order of stealth-based spys.

If you think about it if a tauren just got on all fours and started grazing would you pay them any mind? It’s next level stealth.
We have human druids and shamen.
We have purple blood elves within the alliance, rather than the horde.
After that, any combination should be allowed, since lore and other elements of class and race are no longer important for Blizzard to deny something.

I’m getting really tied of hearing this.
Not religiously adhering to something from more than a decade ago and being willing to write new things is not the same as not caring about lore.
