I saw a tauren warrior the other day named Bulldozer. That’s clever. So I made a tauren warrior named Bulldozer (with a special character) then a) felt stupid because I was just copying someone else and b) I hate naming my characters anything but fantasy names. I love playing around with names. I kind of want my name to be a pun, like all the chad tauren mains, but also be something you would find in a fantasy setting. The name I picked is Kawahe, which is a pun for cute in Japanese. Look that bull man is so KAWAI as he is smashing puny gnomes. So now I am asking the forums, is this name stupid or no?
It’s only stupid, if you think it’s stupid. As long as you’re following the rules use whatever name you like that’s available. Here’s the best tauren name for ya: Legendairy.
I’ve definitely seen much worse. I appreciate the originality. I’m a big fan of punny names myself. Here are a few of my tauren names:

Shialabeef my male tauren hunter.
Heffergraham my female tauren hunter.
All of my other 60s are famous people puns as well.

I enjoy a good pun. However, I don’t personally like Tauren names that are cow puns. As it’s beating a dead cow at this point. Sorry Mootwo, I realize yours is probably the 2nd Tauren created in wow history.
And people probably don’t like my names as I stole most of them from something else (book, movie, show) which is also unoriginal.
No offense taken and yeah I’ve used this name for a main since WoW released. Some people love the name and some don’t.
As for the OP, name your characters something you’d like. It’s not about others opinions.
