The earliest of the Tauren myths, the Mists of Dawn, recounts the creation of the world and the Tauren race by a deity called the Earthmother. The shadow of her hands caused the Tauren, the Shu’halo, the Children of the Earth, to rise up from the soil. They swore to follow their creator until the end of the world.
So with this said, could the Earth Mother be a 1st one? If Elune (Mu’sha) and the Winter Queen are the daughters of the Earth Mother then she would have to be a 1st one, a true god of World of Warcraft.
I wonder will we see her in the Shadowlands expansion. 
Or possibly an Eternal of the Life Pantheon.

Well it seems Elune (Mu’sha) is part of the Life Pantheon and opposite of the Winter Queen.
If the Earth Mother is the mother of Elune and the Winter Queen and lets say An’she and Mu’sha (Elune) are her eyes then maybe they’re both part of the Life Pantheon and the Earth Mother is a true God and creator of all things in WOW.
I always assumed earth mother was literally azeroth.
I wouldn’t get too invested. High chances that we’ll go back to Azeroth in 10.0, and none of the potential lore of the true creators of the Warcraft universe will be explained.
