Going by memory here but you have Clydesdales (Budweiser horses), Percherons (bigger) and Shires, (the biggest that I know of).

That’s from the 70s so things have probably changed since then. There are some big horses out there. You could choose a horse that seems to be big enough to carry a Tauren easily.

The game adjusts your mount for you, too but only bigger. My vulpera looks tiny on the jeweled cats but I don’t mind that.

  • Percherons were war horses but also draft horses. I think most of the large draft horses were used for war back in the day and they were known as Chargers, highly trained specifically for war which was kind of a shame since most draft horses are really gentle natured.

A Tauren could easily ride a Shire or Percheron horse. The largest recorded horse is a Shire at over 3,600 lbs and over 21 hands tall. A Tauren, I would guess, is between 500 - 1200 lbs at most, average would be 500 to 800 lbs, so a draft horse could carry a Tauren for long periods of time.

I hope this helped.

I wish they wouldn’t do their tails like that. Just let the tails flow would be better, imo.

I will always love Clydesdales. Beautiful horses.

No use as it’s an ally mount, my rogue on classic has a black/grey horse that resembles a draft/perch/shire, very nice looking horse. Unfortunately classic on release was the patch where they’d already removed the all white one.
