Hello, I am having an issue with my maelstorm rune. You get it from starting the quest chain “tattered note”. So, I had the note once I believe I started the quest chain and then abandoned it. I might have destroyed it. I went to check the restore items page and it wasn’t there. I have gone back to RFK and completed the dungeon again and the note did not drop off the final boss. So now I am stuck. Please assist appreciate it.

I know… I did that… It doesn’t drop for me from the boss in RFK the note.
Note doesn’t drop for me either.
Did rfk at LVL 30 but wasn’t looking for the rune.
Did rfk again at LVL 32 looking for the rune.
Made sure I looted the boss but no tattered note…
Please fix.

The quest is elemental aid if you haven’t deleted it you can still finish it without the note
can only one shaman loot this at a time?
