Tater Trawl - The Whirring Field in Hallowfall
I was able to use 3x Radiant Remnant and light the Brazier to have the NPC come out and give me the quest.
Edit:
Character now Level 77 and I was able to complete it today (Sunday).
It requires:
5 Harvest Torch lit
15 Firelight Spud
I can light the torches just fine. The Firelight Spud however have a “Requires Level 80” to loot on the majority, I cannot loot the 15 I need, I managed to get 11 total.
Some of the lootables are also marked as Firelight Truffle, not Spud.
Character is Level 75.
