Tater Trawl Quest

I am on an alt (lv 77). I accepted the “Tater Trawl” quest and whenever I go near the torches, all the “Firelight Spuds” that spawn say they “require level 80” and I cannot pick them up.

EDIT:
I was finally able to complete the quest.
Relogging did nothing.

I found that sometimes lower level spuds would spawn and other times they wouldnt.
Its interesting that out of the 6 spawns 1-2 of them would be my level and the others were level 80. I cannot believe this would be “working as intended”.

Can confirm, I was able to pick up two or three, but the majority “Require level 80” to pick up. So weird, all the other quests in the area don’t have this level cap. At least none that I’ve run into.

I also encountered the same issue with this quest. Most of the items would return the “Require level 80”. I attempted to complete the quest at level 76.
