I was questing on my level 70 shammy. I was able to pick up the quest, light the harvest flames but could not pick up most of the spuds that fall to the ground. It required level 80. I was able to pick up only 3.

same, but unable to pick up any.
Same on my 78/79 warlock.
on my 78 Paladin I could pick up 2/15 then no more said must be level 80 on the rest…
Same thing happening on my level 78 hunter. I was able to pick up 3 and rest were saying they were level 80 and would not let me get them.
Same thing happened on my level 74. I did submit a bug report in game this morning for it as well. I was able to light the torch but all the spuds that showed up required level 80 so I had to abandon the quest.
