Over power should be useable every 6 seconds with 3/3 points in taste for blood I often have to wait up to 9 seconds for overpower to be useable is not working as intended working as intended?
depends on the tick rate of rend right? so lets say youre at 5.9 seconds on the ICD and rend ticks well now you have to wait for the next rend tick before overpower will be usable since you missed the ICD
rend is ticking at just under 4 seconds… should have a guaranteed taste for blood proc every 6 seconds this is a massive dps loss
Are you sure you have 3/3 in it? I can’t replicate this as mine is giving the overpower proc reliably at 5/6 seconds.
I’m also testing this on the Cata prepatch PTR, not beta. Not sure if there is a difference in build.
