Playing on my shaman right now and the “reticle” for healing rain isn’t showing up all the time. In Vault of the Incarnates currently it is showing up randomly in different hallways during boss fights but then going away again just as suddenly.

Have been experiencing this constantly tonight. I’m unable to find any reports there, do you have any direct links?
On my mage the blizzard reticle ONLY appears if I cast it behind me. I cannot find the many threads in bug report so am reporting it here.
