Before 10.0, if an enemy was attacking me, I could press “F” and target myself.
Now, I cannot do that. Does anyone know how I can activate this feature again?
F1 is default for targeting yourself.

Options → Gameplay → Keybindings → Targeting → Target Self.

Prior to prepatch and UI changes F was the default assist key. It functioned as an assist to target the same mob as a friendly player as well as targeting yourself if used on an enemy mob that was targeting you.
If you want that same function back you need to: Go to options after hitting Esc > Keybindings > and look for the “assist target” option. You can find this easier using the search feature in the top right. Type “assist” and the option for Assist Target should be there.
Edit: Forgot to add that with the changes F was rebound to Interact with Target.
