#showtooltip
/cast [mod:alt, @cursor] Sigil of Flame; [nomod, @target] Sigil of Flame
Trying this macro, but I still get the targeting reticle.
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:alt, @cursor] Sigil of Flame
/cast [nomod, @target] Sigil of Flame
Tried this alternate syntax, including swapping the order. What am I doing wrong?
Edit: Testing and even this is not working…
/cast [@target] Sigil of Flame
I’m REALLY missing something
@target
doesn’t work with reticle spells. @cursor
and @player
are the only options that will work with them.

The tooltip says its already supposed to be at the target and it was until this last Tuesday go-around. Anyone else notice this?
It has always been “at the target location” unless you were running the talent that madenit always drop at your feet.
Thats just the thing… Blizz to the rescue AGAIN. The top row (left clearly says… "Place a Sigil of Flame at the TARGET location. Then, the Fifth row (fourth over choice right) (in the left tree) clearly says… All Sigils are now placed at your targets location. If you do not use both of them, you get it in a Reticle. Does that make sense to anyone? We need all the talent points we can get playing this class and that one is totally redundant.
