So on my Druid, I’m 99% sure I’ve always been able to use regrowth, or rejuvenation on lowbies, and it just auto uses the proper rank for the player. Proof being that healing touch, mark of the wild, and thorns work this way. What would be the sudden reason regrowth and rejuvenation don’t work as they did?
Are you using a macro? I had a lowbie macro that gave gotf and healed that wouldn’t work.
No macro. It’s just so odd. Healing Touch and my buffs work just fine, just not regrowth and rejuvenate.
OH! I’m sorry. I didn’t see this was SOD. I thought I was posting in Cata. The level of the spell matters. So if you have ex: a maxed out rejuve it won’t work on a low level.
It’s just odd because Rank 10 Healing Touch works on a level 1 player. It auto adjusts the rank for that spell, along with Mark of the Wild, and Thorns. Regrowth & Rejuvenation used to work I was pretty sure, and now they don’t.
I often roam around healing lowbies, and never recalled having issues with spell ranking.
I used to do the same. Try a lower rank and see if that works. =)
Yeah lower ranks do work, if I manage to guess the proper rank. I wonder if there’s a macro that could likely work. I looked online, but haven’t found anything yet.
I was never able to find one when it was the current game. Back then there used to be a spread sheet for people helping others grind dungeons. Best of luck to you and don’t let it stop ya from doing good!
Thanks. Take it easy.
I noticed this as well when trying to heal lowbies on my drood.
Yeah, I think the weirdest thing, is I could have sworn it always just automatically chose the proper rank for the target, or I would have complained about it several years ago. Literally all I pretty much do in WoW, is just relax by roaming around random zones, and buffing / healing lowbies while their questing.
