Hey my fellow tanks, I have a suggestion for us. The community hates us because of a few people either tanking bad or dps standing in the things and blaming tanks as OP. I did alot of m keys today and I can say yeah the nerfs sting, my awesome healer has to baby sit me now way more than he probably would have. I suggest we quit queuing up for any public event i.e dungeons, mythic keys, LFR or world events. The community wanted us nerfed out of sheer spite. Blizzard seemed to agree with the whiners and nerfed us BEFORE allowing us to test in high end content. They nerfed us when we had full talents to start, some had high i lvl and we were doing easy contentā¦makes sense. So I will be sticking to my guild and not queuing for any public event, no way will i deal with pubs and their b.s now.

Maybe āTanks onlyā isnt a good idea. Maybe that ācombined armsā approach is better, like weāll call it a āgroupā or a āpartyā where everyone works together and everyone completes the objective, and goes home alive.

Thereās a PvP solution. All the dps who whine when a tank queues for a bg, then run off and fight in the road, leaving the healers to do objectivesā¦
3 divisions:
- All tanks
- All healers
- All dps
If they using conventional roads, moving in straight line and are being tracked by commercial satellites they were asking for it and they got it good
They tried moving across the fields, but the tanks got stuck in the mud. The farmers pulled the tanks out with their tractors and hid them in their barns.
I dunno, i honestly havenāt noticed much a difference post-nerf.
Maybe cause I wasnāt pulling the entire dungeon before. Or maybe cause Iāve been getting gear upgrades.
Honestly, itās fort week and even on my first runs Iāve been stacking pulls pretty heavily and staying alive.
yeah i was also not acting like a jack$&@ either. For my class the self healing nerfs are the big one, demon hunters also suck vs magic damage which there is a ton of it. Id like my 10% back, w.e they do to balance havoc should not also hit vengeance. I would even be happy taking some dps away from me and give me my survivability back.

My decision to main a monk in DF has been verified a ābad ideaā by Blizzardās decision to nerf it along with the other tanks. Heck we already got one shot by some mechanics through stagger if it wasnāt completely cleared prior to the hit. Which, stagger does next to nothing for magic damage anyway.
I wonder how many monks either got sidelined or swapped to ābank altā status after that braindead decision. Iām entertaining going back to druid or just going with the herd on prot pala and prot warriors. But I do love me some windwalker damageā¦ 
I may not like elves much at all, at all. But I can respect one that knows itās place. 10/10, elf.

Alsoā¦ I thought the 10% nerf across the board for tanks happens todayā¦
So as a VDH main, they hurt. Iāve literally run into situations running a ten. Which is content Iām geared for as we finished with plenty of timeā¦ where I got deleted because Iām burning through defensives far more than I should be even compared to Slands keys. It just doesnāt feel good. Then when mobs put a 80-100% healing received debuff on you (HOV) and youāre not pulling multiple packs because you know its thereā¦ and you canāt mitigate incoming damage because your mitigation is partially healing (VDH, BDK) then yes this stings like hell. As do the spiders and bats in SMBG. Iāve been told I should have just brought a mage as apparently they just delete those packs.
Either way, Iām tired of people wanting to make tanking suck. Maybe they should tank for once.

Do more open world content. People, both Alliance and Horde, LOVE when Iām around to group up all the mobs to AoE down, especially during the storms events.
