Just run away until they reset or go to that person. It’s what I do. Same if someone just attacks my mob once and then stands there. Nope. I’ll reset it.
I never understood the logic of just hitting and standing around waiting. You know this would go faster if you just helped, right?

I want an item in the failbag (dungeon bonus bag) that allows me to put all my aggro onto a single DPS who’s ticked me off the entire run for the next 5 hours.

i’m sorry someone stole your node.
I get people doing that all the time running trash into my guardian druid so I just shadowmeld and watch them get overwhelmed and die while I take the object and travel form away after /spit on them.

Or just make it so that everyone can interact with and get credit for quest objectives.
I feel like SL has been very inconsistent in this regard. There are quest objects that everyone can interact with and there are others that despawn as soon as one player touches it. I’m having a hard time remembering which is which!

Ive had people of the opposite faction do that often enough. Their mobs get caught in my dreadnought/fevor/bladestorm spam and i get stuck with agro. I immediately charge them and beat them down.

This is why I love playing Night Elves. Someone stealing my stuff? Shadowmeld. Enjoy the adds, chump.
What peeves me off more (more stronger language is warranted but ultra heavy moderated forum rules and all) is when people pull their stuff to my AOE/general area as if I am obligated to help them kill it
What’s worse is when you are fighting stuff guarding a clickable where people just run up and loot the clickable and run off ESPECIALLY if they brought crap of their own.
I legit have…very bad thoughts on what I’d do to the irl person smugly and intentionally doing that when it happens.
It also isn’t feasible to just tell a tank “well just don’t AOE”. It’s literally baked into every tank spec and you have to actively forego a decent chunk of your already lackluster non AOE damage to try and avoid picking up everyone elses stuff.

Except they can pull other stuff into my AoE and because tanks are made to aggro we get it all. While they hobble off to get the next objective.
i only do this to either alliance when they go around tagging everything in a wq, if a rare and/or elite is being attacked ill tag it and watch them
Shadowmeld is the best racial in the game.

Well, alright. I prefer to just kill whatever is there. I can move on faster. I’ll say this though, its mainly my fellow Alliance that do this. Horde that do that will try to pull mobs to me so they get caught in my AoE but are already tagged by them. Both are dick moves.
i mean i get it: im prot sometimes shield goes sideways and i tag stuff i dont mean to, i dont do it on purpose tho. i dont drag into others aoe fwiw that really is a dick move

There are few things more satisfying than watching a DPS round up a ton of mobs and bring them over to you in a questing area just as your Consecrate turns off and you stand there doing nothing while they get murdered.
Feign Death is the best ability in the game. I used to drop aggro when players would try to steal my mining nodes and then mine it right in front of them as they fought off the mobs. With a /chuckle, of course.
