Tanks - Nameplate not changing color when losing aggro

Hi… I’ve been tanking with the same group since shadowlands began. I recently ran a +16 and noticed that I am losing aggro but the nameplates don’t change color right away. Sometimes (but not always) it takes several seconds for my name plate color to change color.

Is this a bug? I don’t mind using my tank buttons to regain aggro, but its hard to do so when you don’t know which mob needs to be taunted, until it’s too late.

Is it just me?? or are any other tanks noticing this as well?

Are you using default nameplates?

I use neat-plates… i did update it before hand… could be the addon I guess… but never had problems before 9.2

I don’t think that nameplate colour thing is standard UI behaviour… but I agree, it’s wonderful functionality!

I haven’t seen the standard nameplates since Tbc, was just curious.
