Listen up tanks. Stop kiting bombs around it isn’t fun OK. Save bombs for when we clear the middle. OMG had a tank drag bombs to where we get rooted. 10 deaths asap when we had none. One bad tank kills this place. On the other hand had a tank wait until we are doing the middle boss and it was flawless GOOD JOB Good tank. Ok I vented lol Floodgate is too much and bliz needs to tane it before they reduce addons

You talking about goblin sappers that drop bombs and harpoon players into them or crab bombs?
yes to both previous post omg I mean seriously. The tank ran off for those bombs and wouldn’t let it go until the key was dead lol. Problem was he mixed the bombs with the mobs that root casters after we reset and all died he went back.
Listen up; you don’t understand these mobs. Try using you kick more (at all)

I think it will help to understand how the mobs work to mitigate issues so I’ll do my best!
Architects cast NAIL GUN, which roots you. This root can be broken with root removable abilities. They also cast scaffolding, which heavily reduces how much damage the architect takes. Kill the scaffold, kill the architect, no more nail gun!
Divers cast HARPOON and drop bombs. The harpoons will only cast one at a time every 2 seconds regardless of how many divers are in the pull. Harpoon grips you in. The bombs get dropped, tank moves away from bombs, harpoons get kicked.
Crabs, when they die, blow up, cause initial damage and a dot that can stack and extend depending on how many you kill at the same time and when they die. (some people call these bombs!)
this isn’t a tank issue, this is a dps not kililng stuff issue and standing in stuff ..no tank kites that stuff
By design, because of the bombs that inevitably drop from the divers, is to kite those mobs. (Or at the very least, move them around constantly if you don’t like the word “kite”)!

Did I mention I was a healer–priest and no interrupts lol. Actually as a dps I cleared the place because i can help. Healers are helpless if dps don’t do anything
When the divers drop the bombs, you have to position yourself so that you’re not directly between a diver and a bomb. That way if a kick is missed and you do get harpooned, you won’t get launched into a bomb.
A tanks job is to simply hold threat on the group and there is very little they can do to stop someone from getting launched.

It can be said for all 3 roles if said player never tried other two. But yeah some dps need to pull their head out of you know what and pay attention.

I do tank but i dont do the middle until before Swampface especially if group had issues.
if you’re doing a 10 or higher this season, you want lust for Mamma, so many people are going to pull the Girl and her Ogre buddy first. That means walking across the map WITHOUT getting hit by the oh-so-easy to avoid circle-trackers on the ground.
Most of the time when someone is hit by this, it’s not the end of the world, just avoid the bombs. but whatever,…
