That´s not true, Blizzard are having fun, seeing their sterilized and dull vision finally realized.
It´s interesting that the people who defend the season here like they are fighting for their lives, or on the WoW subreddits don´t even defend the season by saying it´s fun. It´s just that the season is good because gear is finally gatekept or whatever. Kinda says it all.
We went from 3-chesting in Legion, Corruptions and seasonal affixes in BFA to Warwithin M+ design. It´s so absolutely crazy. It´s like seeing a celebrity go through 8 years of plastic surgery where they just gradually murder their face, and they just refuse to stop.

Tanks go a day without complaining challenge:
The problem is, blizz shifted most of the responsibilities to tanks and healers for years. Then power crept up even furthering that. Now they stripped the power and expected DPS to pick up the slack in responsibilities and to be honest, DPS are braindead idiots.

not exactly a fix but i feel like if they had a good visual indicator for busters like ff14 does (it puts a large red buzz saw looking graphic over your character when a single target buster is incoming) it might help with clarity. i’ve tanked in both wow and 14, and in 14 a lot of the mechanics seem to have quite a bit more visual clarity without the use of addons, weather its tank busters, stack ups, spread outs, and the exact edges of incoming aoe patterns and when they are going to hit.

Everything has felt way overtuned this season, like a spiteful first grader designed the game for their older sibling.
Overall though, I don’t hate that the dungeon roles are gaining sharper definition. Tanks are no longer a fourth DPS and the healer is no longer redundant to self heals, but the tuning needs work. I’d much rather see them tweak and tune the dungeon trinity now rather than fully revert it.
The biggest issue I see with most tanks currently is it’s really easy for DPS to rip aggro. Overall threat generation could be improved I think, but other than that I think we’re like 80-90% to where we should be with how dungeon roles are balanced.

It´s the DPS who are complaining roflmao,
- because they are stuck in queue
- because they outnumber both tanks and heals, thus leading to more complaints from said role

Bad groups have always played badly, regardless of tank power.
Good groups always picked up the responsibility, regardless of tank power
Blizzard legitimately had something with DF season 3. Was the most fun m+ season for sure.

The caster is free casting because I just interrupted a cast, am now on a 14 second cd, and the caster has already gathered his thoughts and is casting again. The interrupt changes this expansion are garbage.

Are you the same person as that one poster who comes onto the forums talking about how they’re the world first player to reach 3K on every spec or w/e self-imagined achievement it was?
If you are, you should stop. Nobody cares but yourself. It is akin to telling everyone you have the world record for most dress shirts ironed on the sidewalk. And the fact you need to regurgitate it often suggests how deeply insecure of a person you must be, fishing for forum approval.

DF S3 is praised as “the best/modt fun season ever” because of how easy it was. Not because anything special happened during it. Because it was easy.
Therefor, if you want to replicate DF S3, play in keys you outgear for the same effect.
