Is there any resource to help us know mythic plus dungeons really well? I get anxiety that I won’t get everything right when I tank mythic plus(I’m very very new). I just need a source for like correct routes, boss fights and everything like that. I’ve always wanted to main a tank but just haven’t because they always get flamed lol. Thank you! Looking forward to doing keys for the first time! And also any general tips I would love for mythic plus. Thanks!

The only mythic+ add-on I use is Mythic Dungeon Tool
Let’s you see a map of the dungeon and can see what mobs are linked in a pack and how much % each mob is worth
Also shows mobs critical abilities when you click on them in map

Check out a website like icy veins to make sure your talents will be optimal for mythic content. It makes such a huge difference especially if you want to tank on your awesome Paladin. We can interrupt so much to help prevent enemies causing damage!
For routes it may be a little trickier… if your brand new to mythics and a lil nervous about running astray, it could be beneficial to run through a low mythic as a dps or a healer first to get used to the dungeon layout. Also there is one dungeon I would recommend finding a video for (waycrest manor) on the pathing. It’s a little harder to navigate and I often even found others had no idea lol.
But we are somewhat later into the season… you could let your group know that you’re new to the dungeon routes so they can feel free to direct you!
You will run into some good people along the way that can help you. Everybody is there to complete it 
be tough too though, sometimes people will get a lil spicy when things don’t go the way you wish. Take it all in as a learning experience, let the crazy roll off you, and you will be a master tank of mythics in no time!
I was in your shoes but at the beginning of this season. Luckily I’ve been playing for so long I remember many of the dungeons. But still I made every mistake possible along the way haha. It is so worth the effort tho.

Join the WME (WoW Made Easy) Discord, a lot of us in there are happy to help teach and give a good environment to learn. Otherwise others have suggested most of the other things you can do. There is also a point you will reach where you know the routes and sort of know the fights but plateau. At that point you kind of have to do some harder keys and tyrannical fights where you will die/wipe a bit to learn some of the more important elements that you can ignore on lower difficulties.

I’d do some keys with ya! IF you mess up I’ll pretend like whatever you did was the correct way. And I’ll handle anyone toxic so you can focus on the job.

There are routes on Raider IO that you can download.
The main thing as a prot paladin is to not tank outside your consecration and try to not get hit in the back. Throw out a couple of heals here and there (Word of Glory) and interrupt stuff with your Avenger’s shield / Divine Toll since your DPS are usually too oggah-boogah to kick anything lol

Look up your class discord and start the. I believe there is a m+ one as well with all sorts of folks running varied key levels. The keystone guru website is great for finding routes as well.

There is also an addon where you can experiment with building your path through the dungeon. It’s really well put together and will make it clear where you need to go.
Mythic Dungeon Tools (MDT) is the name of it. I haven’t tanked any keys since SL, so it might be a big pile of goop by now and I wouldn’t know

MDT is still a helpful addon and you can import other people’s routes into it as well, then tweak it if you want
