Got mine from the back of a cart while doing a WQ, it had the sparkles like something you’d click for a WQ percentage. /shrug. Dont just look for it from Mobs but on the ground and/or on or near objects
I got mine from a dungeon, but it took awhile to get lucky.
51-58 grinding mobs in maldraxxes, and I still haven’t got my time yet. It’s almost made me want to quit the damn hunter
Focus on elites and rares.
Like Morobir said, attack the elites. It took me my whole time leveling in Maldraxxis (4 or 5 hours) and about 20 hours of farming there once I was 60th level. Hopefully you will get it sooner than I did.

Got mine in heroic plague. First run. And hunter was only 60 for 4 hours played. Also got the legendary in that run. End humble brag.
There are fast spawn elites in the zone that aren’t too hard to kill; I spent a combined hour total farming one to get the book. Just a personal story from the RNG Wars.
