Just putting this out there after seeing the Flame’s Radiance stuff that will be coming out in the future (11.1.5); please, please, please release some of those white lynxes into the wild so we can tame them! I’d love to be able to match my hunter pet/s to that gorgeous Radiant Imperial Lynx mount.

Good news there’s a new tameable armored lynx, The Mourning Warlynx. Grey with white armor.
The Mourning Warlynx is found to the north of Dunelle’s Kindness. Initially friendly, when you try to comfort the lynx it will push you away and you will then be able to tame it.
Currently, it has over a 30 minute respawn timer - looking like it might be an hour. It likely can be attacked and/or tamed by other hunters or killed by random people. It also comes in three color variants, so if one you want doesn’t spawn then you’ll have to wait again for it to possibly spawn and have to compete for it again.

Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the Lion Seals to be tamable, or the adorable little Mechasaurs that come out of the new Curio Egg Brann throws out!

It’s a cat that shows up during the shipping and handling quests. It basically looks like Sulraka and Gondria had a baby. It’s a ghostly purple cat with Sulraka’s model.

On the subject of armored cat pets, can we get a tameable version of the Priestess’ Moonsaber mount? And make it not shrink down below mount size? If we can have kodo pets that are roughly the same size as a cat mount, it’d be nice to not have all cat pets shrink far below mount size.
The reason I ask is that it’s an iconic Warcraft lore thing to have night elf Sentinels/huntresses accompanied by a nightsaber companion, but the tameable nightsabers (and cat pets in general) are all really small. Ground mounts are so seldom used nowadays, it would be nice to have one following me around. I know the Priestess’ Moonsaber can technically fly, but I don’t fly with it because hippogryphs make more sense as a flying mount. The Priestess’ Moonsaber does make perfect sense as a trusty companion in battle, though.
You could even disable this size increase to other players if that’s a concern. I just want to see a hulking armored nightsaber tearing my enemies to shreds beside me.
This has been a personal gripe of mine for a while: pets shrinking way below their original untamed size, but in a way I can sort of see Blizzard’s perspective on why they do it: they don’t want giant models colliding with small spaces, me thinks.
As a Roleplayer, I’ve been dying for big-model Dire Beasts, such as Devilsaurs, for Events to hunt them down, but the models always shrink to wimpy sizees.
Hopefully Blizzard adds some sort of growth or height options for beasts that will give us what we desire.
