Talents float in action bar

    When click on/using abilities in my action bar, my mouse picks them up and out of the action bar.

I think there’s a setting for this, you can lock talents, or choose a modifier key to move them, shift, alt, etc.

Not at my computer to check where the setti h is in the new menu atm.
