Talents disappearing from hotbar

On Rogue, the talent “Marked for Death” will disappear from hotbar if I unselect the talent, then switch specs.

This bug also happens on Paladin with the following talents; Repentance, Blinding Light, Holy Avenger, Holy Prism, and Seraphim.

Also happens with Mistweaver’s Dampen Harm.

It will also disappear if you relog after switching talents.
