With the newest patch in classic era, the talent trees don’t work. You can see the abilities, but they look “disabled”…and it shows no totals. If you level, you can’t spend that new point. Also…some people said that wands are no longer usable for casters.
The wand thing is because the patch enabled auto switch between shoot and attack without telling anyone… fix it:
Escape → Options → Combat, scroll to bottom, uncheck Auto Attack/Auto Shot
The talent tree… yeah, seems hosed. The neat thing is that if you level, you can spend a point in things even though it doesn’t appear possible based on what it’s showing.
Guessing the interface is just hosed as stuff I’ve invested in appear to still be present? Can’t wait to see in what creative manner they broke this.
Just logged in to my account with all addons disabled and I can’t see where my talent points are placed in my talent trees. I thought at first they were reset but there are none available to place. So where are the talent points at?
They sort of fixed it. If you log in now, your points will be reset. You can now see not only unspent points, but can also place them. It also accurately shows where points are spent.
The only thing that still seems botched is the “Points spent in ” at the bottom, where there is no total. Everything else seems fine.
