Dear Blizzard Support,

I am writing to report an issue with the talent trees in World of Warcraft. Several selected talents, both passive and active, are not functioning as intended. These talents are being disabled, preventing players from receiving their proper bonuses.

For example, as a Paladin, the “Blessing of Spellwarding” talent is not working correctly. If I am in the Protection specialization, switch to Retribution, and then return to Protection, the talent becomes disabled and disappears from the action bar. The only way to make it work again is to remove the talent from the tree, apply the changes, and then re-learn the talent. This process is both misleading the player to believe the skill is working but its not and also very frustrating.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a fix at your earliest convenience? It affects the overall gameplay experience and performance of the character.

Endorsed! Various talents are with the same issue. Those with multiple choice always bug out wen you logoff and log back in. Ex: ‘‘Strength in Adversity’’ versus ‘‘Crusader’s Resolve’’. ‘‘Holly Shield’’ ability wont apply the respective effect (Block chance increase in 20%). ‘‘Seal of Order’’, need to be change back otherwise wont apply. Basically, it is all messed up, turning the gameplay unpredictable. Fights became desperate, painful and boring, at the scale of the other members of the group call a total stop because is unbearable but saying that is NOT something we done wrong, instead ‘it is a bug issue’. Seriously, it is getting bizarre.

I’ve been doing a few runs as a tank and been spamming my spellwarding macro like WHY IS IT NOT GOING OFF! I look at spell book and it’s selected. This literally had me sitting here like what am I missing. Thanks for pointing out the error and work around.
