Hello, i boosted a character up to 60 cause i really wanted to play Ret Paladin max lvl content before Dragonflight comes out. But when i boosted my character it broke my character. Now i cant seem to change anything in the talent tree. My Ret spellbook is empty, and when i respec to prot and back to ret i get either a talent tree with just the paladin talents filled out and no ret paladin talents, or it gives me the starter build. When i get starter build i still dont get any spells in my spell book. Whenever i try to swap to prot i get the prot talents/abilities, but when i swap back chat says i unlearn evrything.
Only fix i found was to delete and restore character, but that only fixed it for around 4 hours. I would do it again, but there is a 7 day cooldown on the character restore.
I play on Eu server Kazzak. Character name is Frank

Same problem I have with my priest I boosted. I’ve had a ticket in for the past 7 days and still nothing. There is a thread that has hundreds of posts below with others having the same issue. No response.
Posting in the Bug Report forum is definitely the right thing to do then. If there’s a bug, then it won’t be something that a GM is going to be able to fix via a ticket, as they’re not developers or part of the QA team.
The QA team generally only posts if there’s a need for additional information in order to help figure out the bug.
