From experience I knew the legendary for Seismic Reverberation did absolutely nothing. But I was even more shocked that the new talent for it also does nothing. I sat at the multi target dummies for 30 minutes pressing only the whirlwind spell with and without seismic reverberations. Litterally no change in damage. It is non functional as far as I can see. It doesn’t have to be a good choice. But I would expect it to do something… anything… If it is doing anything it is so minimal it is not even recordable on damage meters.
