I wanted to go back to Stormwind to put stuff up on the AH.
Took the boat from the dragon Isle port that goes to stormwind.
However as soon as Stormwind loaded I instantly D/C.
On the character select screen it says I’m in hillsbrad foothills on my character and when I try to log on I instantly crash again.
It eventually teleported me to the entrance to AV in hillsbrad foothills
I also encountered this bug and figured I would add to the report. As stated above, it made it where I couldn’t log into my character. This started happening after the ship I was on switched continents.
I was riding the ship from the Dragon Isles to Stormwind and was up in the crow’s nest via the button you can click on while riding the ship [Volunteer for Lookout] when it changed areas and I assume this is how it got messed up.
Just adding that the same thing just happened to me. I was on the boat and was suddenly falling through the world in Hillsbrad. After attempting to log in about 5 times I was then at AV entrance. I wasn’t doing anything special on the boat, didn’t click any NPCs or anything. I was mounted on a Dragonflight Dragon though so maybe that triggers it?
2025 here. Still happening consistently to me since I came back to the game a couple weeks ago.
As of today, 2025, this bug is still happening. I was under hillsbrad and teleported to the entrance to AV.
Still happening as of April 14 2025.
Pls fix. This is getting tiresome for a product we are paying a monthly subscription for.
