I’m wanting to park my Hunter till next expansion. I however still like ranged dps in raids and random bg. What’s a good class to get into next? I understand I won’t be able to run around and shooting things like before. Opinions needed

While ironically I prefer melee over range, I find warlock, especially demo, to be a lot of fun. If you want pure DPS, definitely try out warlock or mage. While shaman, druid, and priest all have a range spec, they all only have one, so you’re locked into that unless you want to heal, tank (druid), or go melee (shaman and druid). Evoker is also technically an option, but it’s mid-range, so you may not like that as much.

Nowhere near as mobile as hunter, but the overall gameplay is so fun and rewarding.
