It’s clear that the Worgen tail-orism won’t end unless and until blizzard sends a clear and unambiguous message to all the forum tail-orists that there will be repercussions for their actions. There can be no half-measures, no negotiation. Remove ears from all Worgen models in the game, including player models, in both retail and classic servers.
It is a harsh method, but necessary to put the tail-orists on the backfoot and back into a defensive posture. They cannot make gains in their ungodly crusade for fluffy tails if they have to spend their every waking moment fighting for the return of fluffy ears. Do it, Blizzard. The time for such actions is long overdue. Pull the ripcord, and remove Worgen ears.

No, no. Only from players so they can envy the NPC Worgen.

Blizzard didn’t wait you for make worgen ears disappear—various armor bugs have already done that. Sometimes, they even turn into human ears… And trust me, you really don’t want to see that. (aberrus druid armor) 
Time to trawl the websites for research purposes… surely, someone has done that in some form.

I don’t remember exactly when during the tww beta, but at some point, the season 1 rogue set had a bug that showed the worgen’s snout cut off. At least they covered it up with a bit more black now.

As long as Blizzard removes all Dwarv’s beards as well.
Or we could make all the dwarves shave off their beards and make them into ‘butt wigs’ for the Worgen desperately wanting tails.
