"Take the Death Gate to Acherus"

Anyone else can’t get past this part of the Shadowlands: A Chilling Summons quest? Tried restarting it and it keeps bugging here.

Yes this is where I am at also. It is not registering that I took the death gate. I am just standing here unable to progress.

I keep getting the loading screen and then I’m back in Ogrimmar.

I am getting the same issue. I try to get through the gate and I get to the loading screen, it sits there, won’t load for 5 minutes then I end up exactly where I started.

You need to at least start the BFA campaign. What I did was delete all quests then use grommie to change timeline to lich king then use grommie to change back to current. Do the quest line until the part titled x close friends"
