Take responsibility for your negligence and adequately compensate the victims of your negligence ActiBlizz, or none of these in game changes re going to mean anything at all. It will absolutely be nothing but a dog and pony show and not a reflection of any real change for the better in your company. In game changes do not mean a changed viewpoint for your company!

After you take responsibility for your negligence and adequately compensate the victims of it, then these changes will seem genuine and may even be believed to represent a changed viewpoint in your company.

And how dare you start making cosmetic changes before fixing gameplay issues that people have been complaining about all expac! This is why I personally can’t believe any statement your company makes about the aforementioned changes. Changing names, pixels and quests in a game does not change the way you deal with your employees and customers.

Not to defend blizz here on how they’ve handled things but have they not made a bunch of changes with 9.1.5 addressing game play changes already? Albeit the changes they made probably occurred because of this mess, but its not like 9.1.5 isnt addressing a lot of the issues people have with covenants and such.

If the changes somehow actually encourage the developers and spark a surge of creativity and strong teamwork to produce an amazing expansion then I’m okay with it. But I have doubts.

Oh yeah, they are addressing most of the complaints that people have with Shadowlands and its systems, myself included. But I do understand where the OP is coming from. In a perfect world, Blizzard would own up to their mistakes. Sadly, we do not live in a perfect world. And people can be pretty terrible to one another. I’m not saying it’s right, but it’s a realistic view on things.

Asking for an apology isn’t unreasonable. Expecting them to apologize is. If they do that every single time something happens they will continue to be disappointed. I don’t think they have a realistic view of the human race.

well…they abused female staff and didnt do anything to stop it until they were facing a lawsuit…so I think that tells us what we need to know about their concept of responsibility…lol

Didn’t they already apologize though? Honestly I haven’t been paying much attention but I thought they did. I figured firing the major players and changing problematic stuff in the game was a good start. What exactly does OP want/expect?
