I just ran heroic antorus trying to get some mog for my priest and out of all the bosses, 4 of them dropped nothing but relics. If its legacy content Relics shouldn’t be on the loot table period. Throw them on the legendary vendor for a pittance and have them be available for purchase at max level and remove them from raid loot tables so that people can farm their mogs. Please. This is ridiculous.

Believe me it did. Especially since one of those bosses dropped the chest piece I needed. So now I have to wait an entire week to try again.
There’s really no reason why relics can’t be their own separate loot table. They’ve done it with other stuff.

I dont know either. Make them personal loot and make it so they can’t replace actual gear. Barring that just flatout remove them from the drop tables and throw them on a vendor.
uhm i thought it already was personal loot. most stuff since wod is/was personal loot.

Legacy loot mode needs to be redefined as transmog mode, and not only do these relics need to be filtered out by it but so does jewellery.
Agree 1000%. Or at least give them a vendor value. If I’m not on my enchanter they feel like such a waste. 
Or greatly increase their vendor value.
It would be nice if that was a loot option on the right click menu when doing a legacy raid. Just then skip anything that’s not a tmog item.
This is why I have multiple alts of the same class, warbands sound like they fix this though but alas, till then it’s rough out here.
Relics are for those who level through Legion to upgrade their Artifact Weapons, so I doubt they’ll be getting rid of those.
You just had some bad RNG, it happens to us all!
No one is leveling up in raids.
And even if they were, the relics you get before moving past Legion are so weak that no one is going to stick with their ilvl 10 artifact. They’ll be using the green weapon they already had, since as far as I recall you can’t activate Chromie Time until level 10 anyway (though I could be wrong).
Either way there’s no reason for the relics to continue to exist. None.
Eh… they can still exist. But they can be their own loot table. There are those people who will level, lock themselves and run raids with their guild at level with those relics.
