Take it deep

WoW is a game I can’t get enough of. Despite it’s decline in “many” aspects I’m still emotionally and financially involved with this game.

No matter how bad it gets, No matter how far it declines I’ll be playing it until the end. That to me is what makes a game good. You keep coming back for more.

I’m the epitome of addiction.

I’m in the same place. I complained almost endlessly about BFA when it first dropped but I always keep coming back to play.

I think going forward I’ll be taking my wow breaks at an expansion release. Expansions in my opinion are MUCH MUCH more fun in the later .1 or early .2 patch.

I have played this game since 2.0 and have never let the sub lapse. There have been some really hard times in this game and weeks where I barely logged in. But I still (maybe naively) hold out hope for this game. It’s been a part of my life for so long, just leaving seems impossible. I’m sure there will eventually be a breaking point if the quality continues to dip, and this xpac has made me grumpy at points. But I still love the game.

Might I ask, what keeps you playing? Just the fact that you’ve been paying for a subscription so long? What content makes you and others stay?

I’m there also. I love WoW and plan to be here until the end of either me or the game. I keep my little Horde charm on my purse, have 2 Horde shirts, a Horde blanket (compliments of my son) and a WoW calendar ( compliments of my daughter). They know me well.:heart:

I have been a Warcraft fan since the very beginning. My friends and I used to dial up and play each other in Warcraft Orcs & Humans when I was in high school. :stuck_out_tongue:
I occasionally take a break, but I always come back. My last break was the longest, where I stopped playing at the very end of Cataclysm and came back for Battle for Azeroth. Since all the content that is old and boring for everyone is new for me, I’ve been having a genuine blast. BfA is definitely way better for me than Cataclysm was!

For me, it’s the non-competitive fun. I play to enjoy the game, doing quests, warfronts, assaults, IEs. I love the gameplay and the people, especially guildies. I enjoy going out and destroying critters and getting a little reward occasionally. I’m also an altoholic.
