against the boss that causes poison mushrooms to appear and if you stand too long on a mushroom its an instant kill. if youre using the Pacifist Rig, youre supposed to be invincible but against this boss it’ll still make a mushroom appear on you if youre in the rig. stuck being in the rig till it ends, the moment you come out it’s instant death because your character was in the mushroom the entire duration. this needs to be changed, that could not possibly be intentional.
