I didn’t completing this quest chain and decided to complete the campaign before coming back complete the quest chain. On my return to the area, the quest was no longer available.

I had the same problem！When I was riding Taivan, I accidentally canceled the quest, and then I couldn’t accept it again, it looks like the quest chain is broken.
I ran into same issue any way to get quest back ?
I have the same problem, I don’t remember getting the quest and it is the last quest chain I have left for an achievement in dragon isles.
Also have this issue. I’m not sure where I lost this quest but there is no way for me restart it for my loremaster achievement.
Only quest line I am missing.

Yeah same here, it looks like if you do the quests out of order where Healer Selbekh isn’t at the camp you cant do this quest anymore. Just my guess. Can anyone confirm?
Also running into the same issue, last quest chain to complete for loremaster for that area.
Hey so finally stumbled upon the missing quest chain while gathering and figured I would post here in case anybody else was having the same issue. Was able to find Hunter Jadar and Taivan at 71.42, 49.46 in the plains who let me rejoin the questline. Didn’t see anything about it while trying to jump back in originally, hopefully it helps somebody else!

I got off the dog at the very end , couldn’t turn in quest , logged out and then back in still couldn’t turn it in , abandoned it now I can’t find it , found the Hunter Jadar at the pound but no luck I hope this is patched soon
You can pickup the quest from Healer Selbekh located at 61.2, 40.0 in Maruukai. I finished literally everything else and this was the last quest outstanding and I still found the quest at this location.
As of 6/6/2023 the problem has not been fixed. It is the only quest I have left in the area. And it seems as if there is no way to accept the questline. I have found Healer Selbekh the problem is not finding the quest location. But there being no options when you are there.

I was having this issue and resolved it by talking to Hunter Selbekh by the river north-west of Maruukai (around /way 53.3, 30.1).
4/6/24 I have gotten all of the lorematster stuff done except the Taivan’s purpose questline. The quest is no where to be found. I have been to ALL of the locations people have mentioned and nothing…no one is by a pond or river…and the person in Maruukai has no ! .

Download a addon called BTW quests. Its amazing. I was having the same exact problem and this add on helped me get Taivans purpose questline
I had issues with this, I could not get the quest to show up and did everything that everyone has suggested, even got BTWQuests and could not figure it out.
I finally figured it out and got it working. For the people who are having the same issues as I am, here is what I did that got the quest working again.
I had to complete the Campaign in Ohn’Ahran Plains and then after completeing, the quest appeard. I hope this helps anyone.
