You have to walk outside that shop, take a right, go to the end of the alley, turn right, walk into the first shop, and talk to the hippie looking guy behind the counter who will train you.
He is literally around the corner.
Edit: I’m assuming you’re starting in the shop with the 1-75 trainer.
In the mage quarter.
Failing that the first trainer will tell you the dude’s name and you can target him.
Yes, go out from the trainer you know about and turn right. Head up for the tower and turn right again. First door on the right. There is a low level quest which taught me about this shop and its trainer.
Is this the shop where you give the little boy his sewing kit?
Asking because my mage is really close to needing journeyman sewing.
