Tailoring Services Requested disappears from quest log upon logging out

You can pick it up again when you log back in, but any progress towards it is lost. I wasted two completed crafting orders.

I am having the same problem and can consistently replicate without add-ons enabled.

Yeah wish I had seen this before I dumped the patron orders… Still happening and happens even if you hearth too, neato!!

I was able to complete it by sending three orders from an alt for bandages. At first I couldn’t even send orders from an alt, but it suddenly started working. Of course I had to be sure to pick up the quest right before that.

Same problem as well. Going into a battleground also removes it

Same issue here. If I go into a dungeon the quest gets removed as well
